Ingredients

  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup sherry
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tsp. worchestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp. melted butter
  • 2 tsp. sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Coat chicken with flour, salt, pepper and paprika. Fry in butter and put in casserole dish.Bring the mixture above to a boil. Pour over chicken.Bake in covered pan for 11/2 hours. Serve with rice.
