Slow Cooker Lasagna
Lasagna is a homemade comfort food tradition that the whole family loves, and this slow-cooker version is a must-try.
- 8 lasagna noodles, uncooked
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 (28-ounce) jars spaghetti sauce
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 (4-ounce) can sliced mushrooms
- 15 ounces ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Lightly grease slow cooker.
Break noodles and place half in bottom of greased slow cooker.
Brown ground beef in sauce pan, drain, stir in Italian seasoning. Spread half of the meat mixture over noodles in slow cooker.
Layer half of sauce and water, half of mushrooms, half of ricotta cheese, and half of mozzarella cheese over beef.
Repeat layers with remaining half of ingredients.
Cover, cook on low 3 to 5 hours, until the noodles are done.
