- 3 CUPS SUGAR
- 1 CUP VEGETABLE OIL
- 4 EGGS, BEATEN
- 1 SMALL CAN PUMPKIN
- 3 1/2 CUPS FLOUR
- 1 1/2 TSP BAKING POWDER
- 1 TSP BAKING SODA
- 2 TSP SALT
- 1/2 TSP GROUND CLOVES
- 1 TSP GROUND CINNAMON
- 1 TSP GROUND NUTMEG
- 1 TSP GROUND ALLSPICE
- 2/3 CUP WATER

MAKES 3 SMALL LOAVES ( THE LOAF TINS, NOT THE REAL TINY ONES, BUT THE NEXT SIZE UP)
COMBINE SUGAR, OIL, AND EGGS. ADD PUMPKIN. SIFT TOGETHER DRY INGRIEDIANTSAND ADD TO PUMPKIN MIXTURE. ADD WATER. THROUGHLY BEAT AND POUR INTO LOAF TINS.BAKE AT 350 FOR ONE HOUR, OR UNTIL KNIFE INSERTED COMES OUT CLEAN.
