Slow Cooker Sausages in Beer

  • 6 fresh bratwurst(or similar)
  • 2 garlic cloves,peeled and minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 12 oz(360 ml) beer

Preheat olive oil in a large

Add sausages and minced garlic and cook until browned.

Pour beer into cooker to cover sausages.

Cover slow cooker and cook on low-heat setting for 6-7 hours.
