GRILLED FLANK STEAK

Ingredients

  • Marinade:
  • 2 flank steaks (16 to 22 oz)
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 3 garlic cloves crushed
  • 1 t salt
  • 1 t brown sugar
  • 1 T vinegar
  • White pepper
  • Ginger powder
  • 1 large red onion, slilced

Preparation

Step 1

Place steaks in marinade for at least 2 hours. Remove from marinade to grill.
