Hamantaschen cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 cups flour
  • Solo filling

Preparation

Step 1

Cream together the first 4 ingredients. Add the flour and mix well. Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes or overnight. Roll out a small portion of dough on floured board. Cut into circle and fill each one with 1/2 teaspoon of filling. Pinch into triangles. Bake at 350 F for 15-20 minutes.
