- 1/2 CUP SHREDDED MONTERRAY JACK CHEESE WITH JALAPENO PEPPERS
- 1/4 CUP SOUR CREAM
- 1/4 TSP ONION SALT
- 1 CUP CANNED BLACK BEANS, RINSED AND DRAINED
- 3 - 10 INCH FLOUR TORTILLAS

Step 1
BEAT CHEESES AND SOUR CREAM AND ONION SALT IN MIXING BOWL AT MEDIUM SPEED WITH ELECTRIC MIXER UNTIL WELL BLENDED. PLACE BEANS IN FOOD PROCESSOR OR BLENDER, PROCESS UNTIL SMOOTH. SPREAD THIN LAYER OF BEANS ONTO EACH TORTILLA , SPREAD CHEESE MITXURE OVER BEAN. ROLL TORTILLAS UP TIGHTLY. CHILL 30 MINUTES, CUT INTO 1/2 INCH SLICES. SERVE WITH SALSA -- 12 SERVINGS
