Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 2 teaspoons lemon pepper
- 4 (4-oz.) white fish fillets
- Lemon wedges and juice
Preparation
Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat; stir in garlic. Season fish fillets on both sides with lemon pepper; place in the skillet and cook for 5 minutes per side, a total of 10 minutes per inch of thickness measured at the thickest part, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Sprinkle with lemon juice before serving and serve lemon wedges on the side.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Steamed red skin potatoes and steamed asparagus.
GLUTEN FREE: Make sure lemon pepper is gluten free.
