Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 16 oz rotini pasta
- 29 oz tomato puree
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp marjoram
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Toppings:
- 1 lb ground beef (or turkey)
- 1/2 yellow onion (diced)
- 4 oz mini pepperoni
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella or pizza cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Prepare pasta as directed. Drain.
In large skillet cook ground meat and onion until beef is no longer pink; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients, Mix well.
Coat 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. Pour beef mixture into dish. Top with cheese and cover with foil. Bake for 30 minutes.
