Ingredients
- 1 - 1 small onion
- 1 - 1 Tablespoon - Olive Oil
- 2 - 2 Lbs. - Ground Beef
- 1 - 1 Tablespoon - Chili Powder
- 1 - 1 Tablespoon - Crushed Red Pepper
- 1 - 1 18 oz. can - Tomatoes
- 1 - 1 package corn tortillas ( 12 )
- 2 - 2 jars (12 oz.) old el paso med picante sauce
- 1 - 1 small jar old el paso salsa
- - mild mexican velveeta

Preparation
Step 1
Filling
- Chop Onions and Saute in olive oil
- Add Ground Beef and Drain everything well
- Add tomatoes. chop in pan
- Add chili powder and crushed red pepper
- Cover and simmer approx. 30 min or when juice cooks out
- add 1/3 of picante sauce
Tortillas
- Cover bottom of pan with oil.
- Fry tortillas approx. 5-10 sec. on each side
- Blot w paper towel
- Stuff and roll up... place in casserole dish. cover with sauce and cheese.
- Place in over at 350 degrees for 10 minutes
- Turn broiler on for approx. 5 minutes or until cheese is melted
