Ingredients
- 1/2 cup solid vegetable shortening
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 tsp Wilton clear vanilla extract
- 4 cups sifted powdered sugar
- 2 - 3 tbs milk
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, cream shortening and butter. Add vanilla. Gradually blend in sugar, one cup at a time. Icing will appear dry. Add milk and beat until light and fluffy.
