Blue Cheese Dressing

Ingredients

• 1 pt sour cream
• 1 qt mayonnaise
• 1/4 c white vinegar
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 large clove of garlic chopped fine
• 1 tsp anchovy paste
• 3/4 c chopped parsley or 1/4 c dried parsley
• 1 tsp Englehoffer mustard
• 1 wedge Roquefort or blue cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Mix in order given and mix well. Put into jars and store in refrigerator
