Marilyn's Ice Cream Dessert

Ingredients

  • Sauce:
  • 1 pound Oreos, crushed
  • 1/2 cup melted Olea
  • 1 1/2 cups Spanish peanuts
  • 1/2 gallon soft vanilla ice cream
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
  • 2/3 cups chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup butter or olea

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine first two ingredients in a 9x13 pan and freeze.
2. Pour peanuts on top.
3. Spread ice cream over peanuts
4. Make the sauce by boiling ingredients about 8 minutes, stirring often. Cool completely and pour over the frozen ice cream. Freeze until ready to serve
