Crab and Spinach Alfredo Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1/3 (48oz) package frozen pizza dough
  • 3 T yellow cornmeal
  • 1 T EVOO
  • 1 T minced garlic
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1 (10oz) container refrigerated Alfredo sauce
  • 1 (10oz) pckg frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained, & squeezed dry
  • 1/2 lb lump crabmeat, drained
  • 2 c (8oz) shredded Muenster cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1. Let dough stand @ room temperature, covered w/plastic wrap for 30-45 min or until completely thawed.
2. Sprinkle cornmeal on a lightly greased baking sheet; add dough, & roll out into a 12" circle.
3. Brush dough w/oil, & sprinkle w/garlic & salt.
4. Bake @ 450F for 8 min or until lightly browned.
5. Combine Alfredo sauce & spinach in a med bowl.
6. Spread sauce mixture over crust, leaving a 1" border around edges.
7. Top evenly w/crabmeat & cheese.
8. Bake 9 min or until crust is golden & cheese melts.
