Cook in Abelskiever pan with oil

Ingredients

• 2 eggs, (yolks and whites beaten separate)
• 1/2 c sugar
• 2 c flour
• 1 tsp soda
• 1 c sour milk
• nutmeg for flavor
• oil for frying

Preparation

Step 1

Sift together dry ingredients. add liquids, stir until smooth. Drop batter into hot pan, turn half way through cooking.
