GINGER PEACH DESSERT

Ingredients

  • 1 6 oz. package peach flavor gelatin
  • 2 Cups boiling water
  • 2 7 oz. bottles ginger ale
  • 1 16 oz. can sliced peaches, drained and diced
  • 1 Large Kool Whip

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add ginger ale. Chill until thickened. Fold in peaches, spoon in individual molds, serving bowl, or individual dessert dishes. Chill until firm, about 3 hours. Top with Kool Whip. Makes about 5 cups or 10 servings.
