Ingredients
- 1 pt. half and half or milk
- 2 - 2 lb. Ore Ida Southern Style frozen hashbrowns
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 2 sticks margarine
- Minced, dried onion
Preparation
Step 1
- Heat margarine, cream and Velveeta until melted, stirring constantly. Do not let boil.
- Put potatoes and onions in a 13x9 baking dish.
- Pour cheese mixture over top
- Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees
