  • 3/4 C Fat Free Sour cream
  • 3 scallions, minced
  • 1 stalk Celery, diced
  • 1 Tbls. Parsley,
  • finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp, Grated Lemon
  • Peel
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 3 C. Cooked Shredded
  • Chicken Breast
  • 8 Large lettuce leaves

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine the sour cream,
scallions, celery, parsley, lemon peel
and salt & pepper to taste. Toss well
to blend. Add the chicken and toss to coat
Serve on a bed of lettuce.
