Ingredients
- 3/4 C Fat Free Sour cream
- 3 scallions, minced
- 1 stalk Celery, diced
- 1 Tbls. Parsley,
- finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp, Grated Lemon
- Peel
- Salt & Pepper
- 3 C. Cooked Shredded
- Chicken Breast
- 8 Large lettuce leaves

Preparation
Step 1
In a medium bowl, combine the sour cream,
scallions, celery, parsley, lemon peel
and salt & pepper to taste. Toss well
to blend. Add the chicken and toss to coat
Serve on a bed of lettuce.
