    scallions, minced

    stalk Celery, diced

    Tbls. Parsley,

  • finely chopped

  • ½

    tsp, Grated Lemon

  • Peel

  • Salt & Pepper

  • 3

    C. Cooked Shredded

  • Chicken Breast

    Large lettuce leaves

Directions

In a medium bowl, combine the sour cream, scallions, celery, parsley, lemon peel and salt & pepper to taste. Toss well to blend. Add the chicken and toss to coat Serve on a bed of lettuce.
