Ingredients
- 1 medium mango, cut in very small cubes
- 2 large avocados, peeled
- 1 T. Lime juice
- 1 t. Cumin
- 1/2 t. Salt
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 1 small seeded and finely chopped jalapeño
- 1/8 C. Cilantro, finely chopped

Step 1
1. Peel avocados and remove pulp from stone. In a large bowl add avocados, lime juice, cumin, and salt. Mash with fork until smooth.
2. Add chopped tomato, mango, jalapeño, and cilantro. Stir well
