Tender Chicken and Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 10.75-ounce can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 4 tablespoons Homemade Gourmet Grandmother's Sunday Roast Seasoning
  • 1 8-ounce can of tomato sauce
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 2 potatoes, cubed
  • 1 onion, cubed
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 3 cups cooked rice

Preparation

Step 1

1. Rinse thighs and trim off excess fat. Place thighs in slow cooker.

2. In a bowl, combine soup, seasoning, tomato sauce, and water; stir until well blended. Pour over chicken.

3. Cook on low 8 hours. During last 4 hours of cooking, add potatoes, onion, and corn to chicken mixture.
