Grilled Salmon with Lemon Caper sauce

Ingredients
- sauce:
- spinach
- 2 TBS. Butter
- 1/2 TSP. Flour
- 1/2 cup Chicken broth
- 1/4 cup White wine
- 2 TBS. Lemon juice
- 1 TSP. Capers
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter, stir in flour to make gravy
Add chicken broth and bring to boil
Add wine, lemon juice and capers. Simmer 10 minutes.
Grill (bake) salmon with olive oil. Place a few pieces of chopped tomatoes and kalamata olives on top of fish while cooking.
Place cooked spinach on plate. Place salmon on top. Spoon over lemon caper sauce.
