Ingredients
- 9 " Pie crust
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup caramel topping (prefer
- Caramel Butterscotch topping)(2) 8 oz. Cream cheese - softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs - whipped
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Place pie crust in pie dish and put nuts in bottom. Drizzle caramel sauce on top of nuts.
Mix the rest of the ingredients with eggs last. Pour into pie shell.
Bake for 45 minutes.
