Ingredients
- 1 16oz pkg pork sausage
- 2 14oz cans chicken broth
- 1 15oz can black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1 14 1/2oz can golden hominy (drained and rinsed)
- 1 14 1/2oz can mexican style stewed tomatoes (I use Rotel)
- 1 cup frozen hash brown
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed

Preparation
Step 1
In a large saucepan brown sausage, drain off fat. Stir in broth, and remaining ingredients. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
