Ingredients
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1 stick softened butter
- 3 - 4 TBS heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Sift sugar and cocoa together. Mix together 1 cup sugar with butter and 1 TBS cream, beating until smooth. Add another cup of sugar and another TBS of cream, beating well. Continue until all ingredients are combined and frosting is fluffy. Beat in vanilla.
