Baked Pineapple

Ingredients

  • 1 #2 can of crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg - well beaten
  • 1 rounded Tbs. flour
  • 1 stick butter
  • 6 slices bread - cubed

Preparation

Step 1

Preheast oven to 325 degrees.

Combine first 4 ingredients in casserole dish and bake for 25 minutes.

Melt butter in skillet. Lightly brown bread cubes. Add to top of pineapple mixture and bake 25 minutes more.
