Ingredients
- 3-4 lb. separated chicken wings, thawed
- 1 c. soy sauce
- 1 c. water
- 3/4 c. brown sugar or 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1/4 c. oil--maybe a little less
- 1/4 c. sweetened pineapple juice
- 1/4-1/2 t. ground ginger
- 1 t. garlic powder
- 1/2 t. dry mustard
Preparation
Step 1
Marinate wings overnight--8 hours minimum
Bake on a baking sheet 45" on 350.
