Ingredients
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1 egg
- Sift together: 1-1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 tsp. soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt

Step 1
Mix well. Roll into ball and place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork dipped in flour (or sugar) crisscross. Bake 10-12 minutes at 350F until set but not hard.
