Kathy's Salad Dressing

This was the house dressing at "Pat's Pub" in the 1990's.

Ingredients

• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup vinegar
• 1/2 t. dry mustar
• 1/2 t. paprika
• 1 t. celery seed
• 1 t. salt
• 1 t. pepper
• 1 small onion
• 1 cup olive (or other light) oil

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients but the oil in a blender. Slowly add 1 cup oil while blender is still going (drizzle it in a slow, steady stream thru the hole in the blender's lid).
