Ingredients

  • 1

    lb. Crab Meat

  • 2

    slices white bread crumbled w/

  • crusts removed

  • 1

    egg

  • 2

    tbsp Mayo

  • 1

    tsp Seafood Seasoning (Old Bay is

  • best)

  • 1

    tsp Worcestershire Sauce

  • 1

    tsp Dijon Mustard

  • 1

    tbsp Dried Parsley flakes

  • 2

    tsp lemon juice

  • Add if desired:

  • 1/2

    chopped onion

  • 1/2

    chopped red pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients, except crab meat in medium bowl. Fold in crab meat and chill for 1 hour. Form into 3 oz patties and sautee on medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side.
