Cheese Ball

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese grated
  • 1 package Ham chopped fine
  • 4 Green onion chopped fine
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • Black pepper coarsely ground
  • Pecans chopped fine

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all the above except the pecans, and form into a ball. Roll in pecans. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and chill. Cheese ball can be stored for several days and tastes best if made one day ahead.

Remove and place on tray approximately 20 minutes before serving to allow cheese to slightly soften. Serve with crackers.

For alternatives: omit ham and add 1 package of "Ranch" dressing mix
