Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) Pkg. Elbow Macaroni
  • 2 Cups Cottage Cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) Container Sour Cream
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 3/4 tsp. Salt
  • Dash of Pepper
  • Dash of Paprika

Step 1

Cook and drain macaroni. Mix with cottage cheese, sour cream, egg, cheddar cheese, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Blend well. Pour into a greased 2 qt. casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
