Ingredients
- 1 Pillsbury refrig. pizza crust
- 2 cup cooked chicken chopped
- 1 med red onion , sliced
- 1/2 cup parsley, chopped fine
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary chopped, or 1 teas. dried
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 package shredded mozzarella cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Roll out pizza crust on baking stone (this is why I like the rectangle one). Combine all other ingredients in a bowl and stir. Dump on top of crust and bake.
Notes:
I have learned with the pizza crust that if you bake them part way first it turns out better. Bake at the temp. it says on the can. I also think a little more olive oil, maybe an additional tablespoon and one more clove of garlic, really add flavor. I didn't have the recipe for this, only the ingredients.
