  • 1 1/2 lbs. Ground Beef
  • 2 Pkg Frozen Peas, Pea Pods & Water Chestnuts
  • 2 Cups Celery, diced
  • 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 small Onion, chopped
  • 2 Tsp. Soy Sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Brown and drain ground beef or turkey. Boil pea mixture according to package directions. Dice 2 cups celery. Place beef in bottom of a 2 qt. casserole dish. Then layer peas and celery on top of beef. Mix mushroom soup, chopped onion and soy sauce. Pour on top of casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Optional: add chow mein noodles on top before serving. Also good served with white rice.
