Slow Cooker Pasta Fagioli Soup

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground chuck
- 1 cup diced onion
- 3 carrots chopped
- 3 ribs celery diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 (28 oz.) cans diced tomatoes
- 1 can (15oz.) red kidney beans drained
- 1 (15oz) can cannellini beans drained
- 2 (15oz.) cans beef stock
- 1 jar traditional spagetti sauce
- 1 tbsp. white vinegar
- 3 tsps. oregano
- 2 tsps. basil
- 1 tsp. tabasco sauce
- 8 oz. ditalini pasta or other small pasta

Preparation
Step 1
Brown ground beef and drain.
Put beef and all other ingredients in a slow cooker except the pasta.
Cook on low 7-8 hours or high 4-5 hrs.
Before serving cook pasta according to package directions.
Drain and add to soup.
Serve immediately.
Stove top directions.
Brown meat in a large stock pot, drain.
Add all the other ingedients except pasta.
Simmer for 1 hour.
Cook pasta and add to the soup, let simmer for 10 minutes more.
