Soy-Garlic Glazed Salmon

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 garlic clove; minced
- 4 6-ounce salmon fillets

Step 1
In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, lemon juice, honey and garlic.
Pour the marinade into a nonreactive glass dish. Add the salmon and turn to
coat. Marinate i the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Preheat the broiler, placing the grate about 4 to 6 inches under the flame.
Oil a sheet pan and place the salmon on the pan, skinned side down, under
the broiler. Reserve the marinade. Broil for about 8 minutes or until just
cooked through.
Pour the marinade into a small nonstick saute pan over medium-high heat and
bring to a boil. Reduce for one minute then set aside.
Drizzle with reduced sauce and serve.
