Lemon Bars

Ingredients

• 1 lemon cake mix
• 1 stick butter
• 1 egg
• 8 oz cream cheese
• 1 box powdered sugar
• 3 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

Grease 9x13 pan. Mix melted butter, cake mix and egg. Put in pan; mixture will be thick.

Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and eggs. Pour on top of cake mixture.

Bake at 300 degrees about 45 minutes or until top is golden brown.
