Beef Broccoli Wellington

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 10 oz pkg frozen cut broccoli, thawed
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 2 (8 oz) cans refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Poppy seeds

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In medium skillet, brown meat and drain. Add broccoli, cheese, sour cream, onion powder, salt and pepper. Mix well and simmer for 10 minutes. Separate roll, them press and cut to form 8 even flat pieces of dough. Spoon meat mixture into center of dough andpinch edges together to form one time at top. Slightly flatten. Brush with eggs and top wit poppy seeds. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
