- Sweet potatoes
- parsnips
- carrots
- turnips
- Rutabagas
- onions
Preparation
Step 1
Peel and cut veggies into wedges all same size
toss in olive oil and store in fridge until ready to cook
put in large dish
sprinkle with salt, thyme and rosemary with oil
Cook at 400 for 1 hour
