  • 1-11 oz can creamed corn

  • 1-11

    oz whole kernel corn, drained

  • ½

    c yellow cornmeal

  • ½

    c flour

  • 1

    egg white

  • 2

    tbs milk

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 3

    c oil for frying


In med bowl stir together creamed corn and drained whole corn. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil, and coat with vegetable oil or cooking spray. Drop spoonfuls onto baking sheet and freeze for 3 hours. Heat oil, Mix together cornmeal, flour, egg white, milk, salt and pepper in med bowl. dip frozen corn nuggets in batter. and quickly fry in hot oil until golden brown. Remove to paper towel
