Ingredients
- Thin baguette -- sliced on the diagonal
- 2 cloves of fresh garlic - peeled and sliced in half
- Extra virgin olive oil -- as ypung as possible
- Salt -- more coarse, than fine ground
- Coarse black pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Toast bread slices.
While they are still warm, rub with garlic.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve.
