Ingredients

• use as many zucchini as you can in this recipe.
• Spaghetti sauce
• shredded Mexican cheese
• sage sausage

Preparation

Step 1

In a 13 x 9 pan add a little spaghetti sauce. Place zucchini slices face side up. Add some of the cooked sausage and sauces. Repeat layers til zucchini used up. Pour the sauce over the top and top with the rest of the cheese.
