Ingredients
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 4 tbsp. mango chutney
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- ⅛ tsp. cayenne pepper
- ¼ tsp tumeric
- ½ tsp. sugar
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 bunch fresh spinach/romaine
- 1 tart apple
- ¼ cup roasted peanuts unsalted
- 1 can mandarin slices (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Mix above in blender. Add slowly ¾ cups light vegetable oil. Blend for 2 minutes.
