Ingredients

  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 4 tbsp. mango chutney
  • 1 tsp. curry powder
  • ⅛ tsp. cayenne pepper
  • ¼ tsp tumeric
  • ½ tsp. sugar
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 bunch fresh spinach/romaine
  • 1 tart apple
  • ¼ cup roasted peanuts unsalted
  • 1 can mandarin slices (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix above in blender. Add slowly ¾ cups light vegetable oil. Blend for 2 minutes.
