Praline Parfait Sauce

Ingredients

  • l-1/2 cups light Karo syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1-1/2 cups dark Karo syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/3 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 cups chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients except vanilla in a 3-quart saucepan. Bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes. Stir in vanilla. Cool.

Serve over ice cream
