Ingredients
- 3 oz steak
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2oz can corn starch
- oil
- soy sauce
- oyser sauce
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1/2 oz cornstarch, mixed in water
Preparation
Step 1
Marinate steak, finely sliced, in corn starch oil, and soy sauce. Refrigerate 1 1/2 hour. In a hot pan, heat oil, add salt and garlic fo r1/2 minute. Stir fry steak for 1 minute. Add pepper and onion and chicken broth. Cover. Cook 3 minutes and remove top and add 1/2 oz soy sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, 1/2 oz oyster sauce, 1/2 corn starch mixed with water. Stire in for 30 second until thick.
