HOW TO EASILY DIP COOKIE BALLS: To easily coat cookie balls with the melted chocolate, add cookie balls, in batches, to bowl of melted chocolate. Use 2 forks to roll cookie balls in chocolate until evenly coated. Remove balls with forks, letting excess chocolate drip back into bowl. Place cookie ball in prepared pan; refrigerate until firm. Store in tightly covered container.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 36 OREO Cookies, finely crushed (about 3 cups)
  • 2 pkg. (8 squares each) Baker’s Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted (white can be used as well)

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix cream cheese and cookie crumbs until well blended.
2. SHAPE into 48 (1-inch) balls. Freeze 10 min. Dip balls in melted chocolate; place in a single layer in a shallow waxed paper-lined pan.
3. REFRIGERATE 1 hour or until firm.
4. **Extra Special: Sprinkle cookie balls with additional cookie crumbs.
