Ingredients
- 1 28-ounce package loose-pack frozen hash brown potatoes with onion and sweet peppers
- 2 cups (10 ounces) diced cooked ham
- 1 2-ounce jar diced pimiento, drained
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 11-ounce can condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon snipped fresh parsley
Preparation
Step 1
In a 3 1/2-quart slow cooker combine frozen hash brown potatoes, ham, pimiento, and black pepper.
In a medium bowl combine the soup and milk; pour over the potato mixture. Mix to combine. Cover; cook on low-heat setting for 7 to 9 hours or on high-heat setting for 3 1/2 to 4 hours. Stir in parsley before serving.
