RUM BALLS****AWSOME

  • 3 oz. bittersweet chocolate
  • 1 c. icing sugar
  • 1 c. ground almonds
  • 1/4 c. DARK rum
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • rum
  • chocolate sprinkles

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl put the chocolate, icing sugar and ground almonds and whisk.

Add the DARK rum and vanilla and stir until completely blended.

Chill for 15 minutes.

Take a heaping tsp. of the mixture and roll it into balls. Deip into more rum then roll into sprinkles.

Air dry 15 minutes, then put into airtight container in the fridge.
