Ingredients
- 1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup Kraft Golden Italian Dressing
- 1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) kidney beans, rinsed
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 3/4 cup Kraft Tex Mex Shredded Cheese
Preparation
Step 1
COOK meat, onions and peppers in dressing in large saucepan on medium heat 8 min. or until meat is done and vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
STIR in next 4 ingredients. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 10 min., stirring occasionally.
SERVE topped with cheese.
